From May 11, notaries organize the reopening of their notary offices to welcome you in strict compliance with sanitary measures.
To welcome you in the best conditions, the notaries of France are particularly vigilant to take all the measures intended to ensure the health security of their customers and their employees. They set up their premises to guarantee respect for the social distancing necessary in waiting and signature rooms: separate entry and exit circuits (if possible), display of general hygiene rules and protocol upon entry, protective screens, bins dedicated to sanitary waste, removal of regular magazines, opening of windows for 15 min between appointments and every hour, disinfection of door handles, surfaces between appointments, and common equipment before and after each use, placing the chairs beyond the distance of at least 1 meter.
Within the office, notaries provide you with alcoholic gel, masks (if applicable), as well as disposable gloves for the stylus and the signature tablet (disinfected between each user).
