Obligation
Legal relationship created by operation of law or by the will of one or several individuals committing themselves for the purpose of doing or not doing an action.
Order form
Form by which an individual who has acquired a property reveals the name and quality of the individual for whom he/she has acted and who is the real buyer.

Original document emanating from a jurisdiction or from a public officer.
Owelty
Amount of money paid by the donator under a donation/sharing to equalize the fractions' value.
Ownership
The right of ownership may be split into two different rights:
- on the one hand, the bare ownership which is the right of free disposal of one's property and potentially to modify or suppress it.
- on the other hand, the usufruct is the right to use said property or to receive the benefits thereof, e.g. collecting rents, interests or dividends.
